Cheese Classes are Back!

Join our Cheese Mongrel, Bill Krieger, for an this incredible series of classes!

The classes begin with the basics, “Cheese 101”. This class will cover a lot; types of cheese and their origins, how to care for and select quality cheeses, and most importantly…tasting cheeses. We follow this up with “Blue Cheese is Moldy”  a unique class that you wont want to miss! In this seminar we will be teaching  about different types of blue cheeses and their origins, taste blue cheeses from around the world and learn how you can cook with them at home! Next up we have a course involving “Beer and Cheese” to celebrate Octoberfest. And, it is true, cheese and beer make some delicious pairings! Join us in exploring different types of beer and their history, as well as cheeses that pair with these delightful beverages. It should be a lot of fun. Lastly we will have a seminar called “That Cheese Stinks,” this class will concentrate on washed-rind, or “stinky”, cheeses. Don’t miss the opportunity to try some incredibly unique cheeses from around the world and learn about how they are made and their origins.
